How I handle your details.

Who is responsible
Veyra Consult is a trading name of FITN APP LTD, company number 15742758, registered at 24 Picton House, Hussar Court, Waterlooville, PO7 7SQ. FITN APP LTD is the data controller. If you have any question about your data, email george@veyraconsult.com.
What I collect, and why
When you book a call you give me your name, email address, phone number, your company if you choose to add it, a short note on what is stuck, and the day and time you picked. I use these to arrange and hold the call, to send you the confirmation and the video link, and to get in touch if the time needs to change. That is all I use them for. I do not sell them or use them for marketing.
The legal basis is that you have asked me for the call, so handling your details is needed to take that step at your request. Nothing else is collected from the booking form.
Who handles it for me
A few services process your details on my behalf so the booking works:
- Supabase stores the booking in a database hosted in Ireland.
- Resend sends the confirmation email to you and the notification to me.
- Google holds the call in my calendar and provides the Google Meet video link.
- Vercel hosts this website.
Some of these services may process data outside the UK. Where that happens it is under appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK extension to the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
Your booking details are kept for 12 months after the call, then deleted automatically. If you cancel before the call, the same 12 months applies from the date the call was due.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details I hold about you, have them corrected, have them deleted, or object to how I use them. Email george@veyraconsult.com and I will reply within a month.
If you are not happy with how I have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, and only for me: it keeps me signed in to my private diary. It is not set for visitors. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
